Employment law is always developing and it is an area of law wherein one always needs to stay updated. It is important that the company’s policies and procedures must change with the laws in order to minimize and avoid litigation. One of the ways to achieve this is by conducting an employment law audit which may take time but in the end it will be worth it.

This workshop will deal with, amongst other things the following:

• When do we do this?
• Who should conduct it?
• What is the scope of an audit?
• What does it involve?

This workshop will give practical examples and will assist participants in understanding all that there is the need to know to conduct an employment law audit.
