This topic is becoming more and more of a priority especially since Malta has seen a continuous influx of foreign workers. It is a reality that a number of employees from different backgrounds work together. This is not limited to nationalities but diversity also includes gender and age by way of example. Despite the fact that there a number of laws covering discrimination at the work place, research clearly indicates that diversity is a benefit for any business.
