A number of case studies will be put forward dealing with various aspects of employment and participants will discuss and learn. During this workshop we will put forward real life as well as fictional employment situations and we will work together and follow a systematic approach to the analysis of each case. For example we will discuss the following:
- What is the issue?
- What is the goal of the analysis?
- What is the context of the problem?
- What key facts should be considered?
- What alternatives are available to the decision-maker?
- What would you recommend – and why?
- What are the legal implications?
Throughout this workshop the legal implications and law behind every case study will also be explained and delved into.
