HR professionals are aware that they work in a changing environment – and the best people leaders are always looking to the horizon to prepare and support people during the next bigchange.

HR, as a change agent, plays many roles that are key to a change being completed successfully and achieving the desired outcome. This includes being an advocate for employees during change, providing continuous communication to facilitate understanding and ensuring employee training is adequate to support the project goals.

HR can play a dual role in change management by initiating and leading the change and by serving as Enablers for changes that other leaders and departments initiated.

During this webinar, Paul Gauci will share various ‘best practice’ change leadership techniques. Focus will be placed on overcoming resistance to change; planning and managing change; achieving and sustaining behavioural change. Above all, how to re-assure and
encourage people during a change transition. This will enhance HR’s role to improve employee buy-in for organisational change.
