The aim of this interactive workshop will make sure that participants understand the legal and practical necessities involved in managing bullying and harassment at the workplace. It will delve into the legal obligations stipulated in the law and participants will have a full understanding of what the meaning of bullying and harassment is. We will also focus on sexual harassment.
