Andrea regularly advises and assists clients in international and domestic tax matters as well as the Maltese corporate and commercial law aspects of transactions. His main practice areas are taxation, corporate restructuring including mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and commercial law, trusts, foundations and corporate finance.
In 2011 Andrea graduated as a Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta, after submitting his thesis entitled “The Connecting Factors for the taxation in Malta of the Income or Gains of a Body of Persons: Contemporary Challenges and Threats”.
In 2020, he furthered his studies in tax law by reading for an LL.M at Queen Mary University of London as part of which he submitted a thesis entitled “The Case for a Model Tax Convention for the Equitable Allocation of Profits of Multinational Enterprises in a Digital Age”, shortly before being recruited as an Associate with Camilleri Preziosi Advocates in October 2020 as part of the Taxation and Corporate Practice Group.
