Antonio graduated Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in 2009 after submitting a doctoral thesis entitled ‘Protected Cell Companies, Incorporated Cell Companies and the Captive Industry – An Analysis’. He previously occupied various posts in management and consultancy in the private sector and his past experience has helped him adopt a practical and hands-on approach when advising and supporting clients.
Payment Services, Gaming Law, Finance, Commercial Law, and Litigation, are amongst Antonio’s favourite areas of practice. As Managing Partner, at City Legal, he manages the firm’s operation and strategic vision. He represents and assists start-ups, family-run businesses, large corporations, and has also represented and assisted government entities.
Antonio was called to the Bar in 2010 and is a member of the Chamber of Advocates.
