Darren is a registered physiotherapist, health and fitness instructor and clinical movement analyst. He graduated as a physiotherapist in 2002 and followed a Master’s degree in Clinical Biomechanics, trained in 3d motion analysis in Dundee and Oxford, and he currently works as a Clinical Gait Analyst and a guest lecturer at University of Malta. He researches and supervises student research at University of Dundee and University of Malta on the effects of weight distribution, weight carrying and pregnancy on the walking pattern and ergonomics of the human body, which are applicable to the environmental factors found in occupations involving non sedentary engagement.
