Donald is currently employed as an Environmental Health & Safety Advisor with a British organisation located in Malta. He has been working in the Health & Safety sector for eight years. Before embarking on his health and safety career, Donald held various roles in the manufacturing industry, including operations, workshop activities, research and development, customer support, and engineering, within well-established local corporate organisations. He has accumulated 28 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. Additionally, Donald is a qualified mechanical technician and electrician.
In 2017, he began his studies in Occupational Health & Safety. Since then, he has obtained the NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety from the Health & Safety Institute of Scotland, the NEBOSH International Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety, IOSH Managing Safely, IOSH Train the Trainer, ISO 14001 Internal Auditing, and the NEBOSH Environmental Management Certification.
Donald is a certified member of the UK’s Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH).
Over the course of his career in the Health & Safety sector, Donald has gained expertise in ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.
