Dr. Paul Gonzi is a partner at Fenech & Fenech Advocates specialising in Labour Law, Data Protection and ICT Law. After attaining his Doctor of Laws at the University of Malta he then earned his LLM in 2007 at Queen Mary, University of London. He has extensive experience advising clients and as a litigant in various fora, including on data protection matters. He has set up the Employment Law Department at Fenech & Fenech Advocates, is the author of various local and international publications and also contributes towards tailored several conferences and training sessions. Paul is the General Secretary of MELA (The Malta Employment Lawyers Association) and a member of the Malta IT Law Association.
