Raisa obtained a qualification in applied sciences and spent six years working in a pharmaceutical laboratory, testing products in both chemical and microbiological environments. Her experience in this field sparked an interest in furthering her studies in Occupational Health and Safety.
She went on to graduate with a First-Class Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (Honours) from the University of Malta. For the past six years, she has been managing OHS for companies across various sectors, including transport and logistics, manufacturing, and consulting for other industries.
Over the years, Raisa has gained extensive experience in ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems), ensuring compliance and implementing best practices in workplace safety and environmental sustainability.
