Kim is an independent legal consultant with expertise in real estate, property, anti-money laundering, compliance, and migration. She holds a Bachelor of Political Sciences with Communications from the University of Malta (2015). In 2017, she read law at the same university, later obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree and a Diploma of Legal Procurator, followed by a Master of Advocacy.
Over the past decade, she has worked with a wide range of stakeholders, including government bodies, businesses, and non-profit organisations. She has contributed her expertise to numerous EU-funded projects and other impactful initiatives. Additionally, she has authored two dissertations: ‘Humanitarian Corridors as Legal Pathways to Protection: Lessons for Malta’ (2021) and ‘EU Educational Mobility Programmes and Youth Employability’ (2016).
One of Kim’s strengths is her ability to think creatively and approach problems from an outside-the-box perspective—assuming there’s a box at all. A lover of the arts, Kim enjoys immersing herself in the theatre, capturing moments through photography, and savouring good food.
