The workshop will cover in detail the 2 new directives – Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on transparent and predictable working conditions in the EU and the directive on work-life balance for parents and carers and repealing Council Directive 2010/18/EU.

This workshop will get you ready for the laws which will eventually be implemented in Malta and it will also give you practical guidance on how to implement and how to be 10 steps ahead. Both directives have over 25 articles each and both cover over 40 pages each.

We will also cover a recent case which deals with working time and we will cover the new regulation which establishes a European Labour Authority.
