These numbers include employees who are in full-time or part-time employment most of which have gone through a sudden change owed to the fact that for some reason or another they are now working from home.
Although locally home working was picking up most of us were not prepared to manage employees remotely and added to that neither were most of the employees prepared for such a sudden change.
