Calvin is an experienced people professional with proficiency in organisational change and transformation, and with the capability to deliver and excel while operating within strong governance structures. He has been working in Human Resources for the last 12 years.
He graduated in Bachelor of Psychology, Psychology, Linguistics from the University of Malta followed by M. Sc., Occupational Psychology from the University of Leicester. Calvin also contributed to several publications such as The Value of Numbers, Excerpts from the Diary of an Operator, Balloon in the Sky, First Impressions in Recruitment and When Appraisal Systems Fail.
