Janice is a certified trainer with more than 15 years’ experience in developing and delivering dynamic learning materials and facilitating highly successful training programmes. She strongly believes in communication, continuous personal development, and lifelong learning. She has therefore been very successful in accommodating diverse student needs by facilitating all styles of learning, offering individualized and extra-curricular support, and integrating effective materials. She encourages learning by using a number of different hands-on activities and various forms of technologies. She has worked in various sectors such as education, manufacturing and financial services.
Janice graduated from the University of London with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Human Resources Management. She also holds an Executive Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Malta.
