Chris obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree in International Relations in 2013 and a Diploma of Notary Public in 2014. He subsequently obtained a Doctorate in Laws (LL.D.) in 2016, after submitting a thesis entitled “The Changing Legal Landscape for Concession Contracts in Light of Directive 2014/23/EU”.
He has gained broad experience across all areas of practice, with a particular focus on general civil and commercial law matters, construction projects, concession contracts, tender documents and procedures, public procurement disputes, planning law and employment law. He has assisted clients before various fora, including the Maltese Superior Courts, the Malta Arbitration Centre, mediation and other alternative dispute resolution bodies.
Chris also serves as company secretary to a number of private limited liability companies.
