Course Objective
This study programme aims to tackle a niche in the local market preparing students to assess and modify the office environment, in particular the workstation to make it suitable for the needs of employees.
This course will tackle ergonomics from a biopsychosocial perspective putting the needs of the individual first; to understand and offer the support required for them to carry out their task whilst safeguarding their well-being.
Upon completion of this course, participants will be in a unique position to understand and suggest work-stations that are more suitable for the needs of each individual.
This course will have a direct influence on increasing the well-being and productivity of office based workers
Who should attend?
Any person who wishes to understand ergonomics particularly HR Managers, Project Managers, Interior/Office Designers, Furniture and Office Equipment Designers and Health & Safety Officers.
