Claire is a warranted lawyer and a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe.
Claire’s main field of practice is Data Protection, together with corporate and IP law. She has been involved in assignments relating to data protection compliance reviews, audits and advisory assignments, including the review of policies and procedures concerning data processing, data management, and retention of data. Claire has also been involved in assignments involving the data protection audit, compliance review and impact assessments of payroll procedures.
As part of her role Claire delivers various training sessions on a regular basis.
