It is intended for those educators who after some years of experience in teaching at different levels are aspiring to apply for a middle leadership position at primary and secondary level and also for those who already hold a middle leadership position. At the end of the course, participants will be more aware of the critical role which middle leaders have in our educational institutions, and in what way they serve as a bridge between colleagues, students, and senior leaders.
