Advisory 21 offers a range of services with its focus being data privacy advice, management of funded programmes and offering training through its Academy, 21 Academy. The company was founded in 2017.

We are niche and that means we are focused on what we deliver to our clients. For us it is not about what we do but also how we deliver what we do.
We are specialised in what we offer and being niche means that we are focused on the subject and hence any query you may have in relation to data privacy and protection, as well as managing of funded programmes, and employees’ training and education, we are here to help.

We believe that being solely focused on these issues makes us stand out as we are not offering advice about everything but aim to offer hands on advice on matters, we have knowledge on and experience in.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide consultancy on data privacy issues, management of funded programmes and to deliver training on a variety of subject matters. We make every effort to offer assurance and comfort to our clients and aim to provide cost effective and timely advice. We have a great passion about the power of training, and we understand that people are a company’s biggest asset. We strive to use our knowledge and experience to create bespoke training programmes that inspire.

Our Team

Angelito has worked in the Health Care, Journalism, Marketing, Sports and Administration fields. Has a vast experience in Human Resources, Customer Care and Event Management. Angelito has developed and delivered training programmes for employees in the IT field. He has hands on experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Candidate Management Systems. He is the Chief Business Officer at 21 Law where he is responsible for the administrative, financial, and operations management of the firm. He has been instrumental in the growth of the firm. He is also a partner at 21 Recruit and runs 21 Business Centre. Angelito lives to travel and is passionate about current affairs, data and Formula 1. He is currently widening his horizons by studying Liberal Arts and Sciences.

Managing Director

Paul is a new addition to our team and brings along experience in business and administration. He has worked in the banking sector and helped run his family’s business for almost three decades prior to this new venture. He has pursued legal and humanistic studies at the University of Malta.

In his free time, Paul volunteers for various social organisations dealing with the well-being of those in need. He also has previous experience serving on government boards at the Malta Racing Club and Sport Malta.

He likes to read, collects vintage toys and writes short novels and blog posts about custom and society, food, music and childhood memories.

Paul Borg

Office Administrator

Rachel has worked in Business Administration in a number of different sectors including Finance, IT and Insurance. She has vast experience in Customer Care and managing of projects and events. She is Director of Studies at 21 Academy and is a member of JCI Malta, a Leadership NGO. She has been active in voluntary organisations since the age of 16, holding several roles including that of National President of JCI Malta in 2017 and roles within JCI on a European Level in 2018, 2019 and 2022. She has experience writing funding applications, running Erasmus+ Funded projects and organising conferences and events. Rachel has a degree in European Studies, a Master in Creativity and Innovation, and a Master in Business Administration. She is currently attending classes at the University of Malta studying Liberal Arts and Sciences.
