During this 3-hour webinar, employment lawyer Dr. Christine Calleja will go through a number of recent local industrial tribunal cases and assess them. Participants will be asked to discuss and share their opinions on these cases.

During this webinar, we will work together and follow a systematic approach to the analysis of each case. For example, we will discuss the following:
